Terms of Service

By using Zero to AI, you agree to these terms. We provide a digital course and community as a recurring subscription. You pay monthly, you get access. Cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of your billing period. We don't offer refunds (you can preview the 90-second VSL before paying).

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all purchases on this site. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, refunds, taxes, and chargebacks under their own terms. Zero to AI is the product provider — we deliver the course, agents, and community.

• Access to all lessons in the tier you subscribed to (Standard, Inner Circle, Operator, or Operator Build).
• Access to the members Discord server (and Inner Circle private Discord, if applicable).
• Weekly live setup call, recorded for replay.
• The in-app course tutor (Claude-powered) for course questions.
• New lessons, prompts, and agents added on a rolling basis — automatically included for active subscribers.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date you initially subscribed.
• You can cancel any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked in every receipt email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access through that date.
• No refunds.The month you've paid for is yours either way. The 90-second VSL on the landing page is your opportunity to preview the product before subscribing.
• Failed payments: Lemon Squeezy automatically retries failed charges over a 2-week grace period. If all retries fail, your subscription is marked expired and access is revoked.

Anything installed or saved on your own computer is yours forever — your Mission Control dashboard, your custom agents, your prompt files, your CLAUDE.md, your local setup. Canceling doesn't delete anything on your machine. You just lose access to new lessons, the Discord, the weekly call, and the in-app tutor.

The course materials, prompts, agent templates, and Mission Control templates are licensed to you for personal use and use within your business. You CAN:

• Use everything inside your own business and projects
• Customize and modify the agents and prompts
• Share what you build (your AI workstation is yours)

You CANNOT:

• Resell, repackage, or redistribute the lessons, videos, or community access
• Share your account credentials with people outside your household
• Use AI to mass-scrape the lessons

The Discord servers and live calls are for members building AI workstations together. Be helpful, be honest, no spam, no harassment, no hate speech. We reserve the right to remove anyone for violating these standards — without refund.

The in-app tutor is powered by Anthropic's Claude. It can answer course-related questions but it's not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial). The tutor can make mistakes — verify anything important.

We teach you how to set up and run AI agents. We don't guarantee that doing so will make you money, save you a specific amount of time, or transform your business. Outcomes depend on what you build and how you use it. Anyone who guarantees specific income from a course is lying.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, abuse the Discord, or attempt to redistribute the course content. No refund for terminations from violations.

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. Course content lives on Vercel. Auth runs on Clerk. Payments run on Lemon Squeezy. If any of those providers have an outage, the corresponding feature may be temporarily unavailable.

Zero to AI's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent billing cycle. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from your use of the course or AI agents you build.

We may update these terms when the product evolves. Material changes get an email notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved in the jurisdiction where the Zero to AI entity is registered.
