Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data needed to deliver the course you paid for, process your subscription, and improve the product. We don't sell your data. You can email hello@joinzerotoai.com any time to get a copy of your data or delete your account.

Zero to AI is a digital course and membership product operated by the Zero to AI team. For payment, identity, and tax purposes, Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) is the merchant of record on all transactions.

• Account info: email, name, and authentication metadata managed by Clerk (clerk.com).
• Payment info: processed and stored by Lemon Squeezy — we never see your full card number. We receive a token and your subscription status.
• Course usage: which lessons you've viewed, course tutor questions you ask. Used to improve the curriculum and tutor responses.
• Marketing data: if you reserve a waitlist spot or sign up for emails, we store your email + optional first name.
• Analytics: anonymized page views, ad attribution (UTM parameters), and basic device info to measure marketing effectiveness. We use Plausible Analytics and Meta Pixel.

• Deliver the course, agents, and community you paid for.
• Send transactional emails (login links, receipts, course updates, weekly call invites).
• Send occasional product update emails. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
• Improve the course tutor — your questions help us identify gaps in lessons. Tutor conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API.
• Measure which ads drive subscribers (so we don't waste money on bad ads).

• We don't sell your data to third parties.
• We don't train AI models on your personal information.
• We don't share course usage with anyone outside the team.

• Clerk — user authentication, magic-link emails, session management
• Anthropic (Claude) — powers the in-app course tutor. Anthropic does not train models on API conversations.
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly traffic measurement (no cookies)
• Meta (Facebook) — ad performance tracking via Meta Pixel
• Discord — members community

You can request a copy of your data, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account entirely at any time. Email hello@joinzerotoai.com. We respond within 7 days. If you're in the EU, UK, California, or any jurisdiction with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), you have full rights under those laws and we'll honor them.

We use minimal cookies — primarily session cookies set by Clerk for authentication and a Meta Pixel cookie for ad attribution. Plausible Analytics is cookie-free. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking the site (you'll just need to log in each time).

Account-related emails (receipts, login links, weekly call invites) are sent as long as you have an active account. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. We don't use SMS without explicit opt-in.

Zero to AI is not intended for users under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.
